Only one month rent deposit required + $150 deposit for utilities to move-in. The place is only 5 minutes walking distance to UM main campus and very close to School of Music and Law School. The house and all the rooms are furnished. Spacious kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave. Dining area and spacious living room. Utilities (DSL, local phone, water and electricity) divided by three.
An Architecture Grad Student and a Music Grad student currently living in the house. The room is available starting from August 1st till December 31st, 2005. (Fall Semester)
